All About Cadence
Every website has a story to tell, and here is where we want our readers to come to understand what Cadence is and all that we can and will offer to our readership.
Cadence is an independent print and online music magazine covering a wide range of music genres from the conventional, to experimental and underground. Having no discrimination in the categories to be found within our ever-growing library of content. Cadence celebrates musicians and artists if selling out stadiums or doing the rounds through underground gigs. All treated with equal worth; equally represented, covered proportionally. In the eyes of our staff every artist is a star worthy of having their voice being heard. And it must be said that time is not a factor, from 20th to 21st Century any contributor to the realms of tunes and symphonies, will have their dues when we get the chance to speak about them.
So, believe us when we promise to reflect on the past, have eyes on the present and use the observations from past and present, to try to understand the possibilities in store for the future in music tastes, business, plus other current topics resonating in the current zeitgeist, such as AIs impact on how we digest and treat music.
Inspiring stories and reflections on the music industry today. No subject off limits, if our writers believe it in the interests of our readers to be aware of, than it will find itself inside materials with our brands name on.
Offices located in the United Kingdom, but that should not dissuade the international readership we wish to grow, as in our opinion conversations over art should not be limited by borders. And Cadence is committed to a global readership, with voices from all corners of the world joining our staff offering distinct coverage, like no other.

To understand Cadence
Ethics & Standards:
We proudly state our publications independent status and vow to continue to publish independently despite the challenges that come with such a course of action, because we believe it better to have the ability for writers at Cadence to work unburdened by orders from corporate offices or profit seeking executives.
Because we are committed to serving the many people looking for quality music orientated, all Cadence writers and staff pledge that all profits will go back into improvement what Cadence delivers in magazines; opinions; and other works. Rather than profits for the sake of growing the wealth of shareholders, we instead want our purpose to be promoting the art of music. Despite what common sense in business suggests.
The data shows that Cadence has a high chance of failure, from the competitive market we find ourselves residing in, having to compete with corporations with million pound arsenals - which is why Cadence appreciates every reader and consumer. And never wish any of our readers to feel devalued because it is only with your support that we are able to continue to operate.
On Pricing:
We know and understand for many the determining factor to buying Cadence will be the economic factor, meaning prices per issue and monthly subscriptions.
With that knowledge in mind, we hope that our readership will appreciate that our publication will always be reluctant to raise prices for subscriptions and magazine issues.
Keeping that in mind, we hope that will mean whenever a price increase has to occur it will be at a time when we have no other option than to do so, for the sake of the publications survival e.g., printing, distribution and other costs such as paper increasing.
Yet, still remaining fair and reasonable in pricing for the value each and every one of our Cadence releases offer.
We thank all Cadence readers for their support and look forward to seeing all the positives we can deliver in the future to come.
